Coating Process

Sealing → Puttying → Sanding → Primer → Sanding → Primer → Sanding → Color Correction → Topcoat

Precautions

I. Storage Requirements:

Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse. Strictly avoid direct sunlight, rain, and high temperatures. Keep away from open flames and heat sources throughout the process. Store in a sealed container at room temperature. Shelf life is 12 months from the date of production.

II. Application Precautions

1. Before opening and using, the main paint must be thoroughly stirred to ensure consistent color, viscosity, and gloss across batches, avoiding uneven wood grain and color variations.

2. Strictly use the factory's dedicated hardener and corresponding thinner, mixing according to the standard ratio. Mix the main paint and hardener thoroughly, then add the thinner, stirring twice until homogeneous. Filter and defoam before application. Do not mix with other brands of additives.

3. Both coatings and hardeners are flammable and hazardous materials. The work area must be well-ventilated; smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited. Workers must wear respirators, goggles, and solvent-resistant gloves. If skin comes into contact with the coating, clean it immediately with a specialized cleaning agent.

4. Workpieces that are not completely dry must not be stacked, covered, or packaged to prevent coating adhesion and bulging. Finished products should be stored away from direct, strong sunlight for extended periods.
