Coating Process

Sealing primer → Filling putty → Primer spraying → Sanding → Topcoat

Precautions

1. Stir the main paint thoroughly before use. For JP50X white solid color paint, extend the stirring time to prevent pigment sedimentation and avoid uneven coloring or discoloration.

2. Must be used with our factory's dedicated PU hardener and ultra-clean odor series thinner. Strictly follow the standard mixing ratio. Do not mix with ordinary thinner or other brands of hardener.

3. Mix the paint as needed and use within 4 hours after mixing. Exceeding this time will cause gelation and render the product unusable. Do not add water or increase the dilution ratio arbitrarily.

4. This product dries quickly. Stack and pack only after the topcoat has dried for 12 hours. Do not cover or press workpieces that are not completely dry to prevent paint adhesion and scratches.

5. Both paint and hardener are flammable and hazardous materials. Maintain strong ventilation in the workshop. Open flames and smoking are strictly prohibited. Wear respirators, goggles, and solvent-resistant gloves when working. Clean skin immediately with a dedicated cleaning agent if skin comes into contact with the product.

6. Ensure adequate ventilation after home decoration and children's furniture are completed. This product has a very low odor after drying, which can significantly shorten the odor dissipation period. Avoid storing white finished products in direct sunlight for extended periods.
