Main component: Hardener = 1:0.2, using JPG94B hardener. This is a semi-permeable series for applications requiring resistance to yellowing.

Coating Process

Sealing primer → Color matching/staining wood veneer pretreatment → Layered application of matching anti-yellowing primer → Thorough drying and sanding to remove dust → Application of semi-transparent topcoat with a skin-like finish

Precautions

1. Before use, thoroughly stir the main paint and the primer for at least 3 minutes to ensure even distribution of filler particles and colorant, preventing uneven wood grain.

2. Strictly adhere to the specific paint-to-solid-to-thin ratio for each product. Use the corresponding hardener and thinner from our factory. Do not mix with other series of additives or nitrocellulose thinners.

3. Allow the topcoat to dry for at least 12 hours before stacking, wrapping, and packaging. Do not subject undried workpieces to heavy pressure or friction to prevent paint adhesion and scratches.

4. Paints and hardeners are flammable and hazardous materials. Maintain strong ventilation in the work area. Open flames and smoking are strictly prohibited. Wear respirators, goggles, and solvent-resistant gloves. Clean skin immediately with a dedicated cleaning agent if skin comes into contact with the product.

5. The entire system is ultra-odorless. Sufficient ventilation after completion will quickly dissipate the odor, making it suitable for home decoration and children's furniture. Avoid prolonged exposure to strong direct sunlight on light-colored wood products.
