Coating Process

Sanding → Sealing primer → PE primer application → Sanding → Topcoat spraying

Precautions

1. Thoroughly stir the main paint before use, and mix the filler evenly on the white base coat to prevent color difference and blooming;

2. Strictly follow the PE mixing ratio for paint preparation. Use immediately after preparation and consume the mixed paint within the activation period;

3. Ensure the substrate is dry and dust-free with a moisture content of 8%-12%. Thoroughly clean the embossed seams to prevent cracking and blistering;

4. Apply when temperature and humidity are within acceptable limits. The embossed white base coat can be applied in layers for a thick coat, while a thin spray of the transparent super-clear primer can be used to maintain the transparency of the wood grain;

5. Store all types of additives and primers in separate areas. Seal and moisture-proof the hardener;

6. This product is flammable. Ensure proper ventilation and explosion-proof conditions in the workshop, use full protective gear, and keep away from fire and heat sources.
