Coating Process
Sanding → UV primer roller coating/spraying → UV curing → Sanding → UV topcoat roller coating/spraying → UV curing
Precautions
1. Stir thoroughly before use. For white primer, stir the pigment evenly to avoid color difference and uneven application.
2. Use only with UV primer/topcoat of the same system. Do not mix with PU/PE paint to prevent delamination and peeling.
3. Strictly control film thickness for roller/spray coating. For open-pore series, use thin spray to preserve wood grain. For white primer, apply a moderately thicker coat to improve coverage.
4. Regularly calibrate the UV lamp power to ensure complete curing of the paint film and improve hardness and scratch resistance.
5. Store the product in a light-proof, sealed container. Use immediately after opening to prevent resin gelling and deterioration.
6. Strong UV light is harmful. Take full sun protection measures and skin protection during operation, and operate equipment according to regulations.
