DEPA.610MG is prepared from synthetic base oil with high-quality active sulfur, inactive sulfur, fat and other extreme pressure additives. Its high flash point and excellent lubrication performance effectively prevent local fusion between grinding wheel, cutting tool and debris, so as to improve the smoothness and the service life of grinding wheel and cutting tool. The low viscosity design of DEPA.610MG is conducive to maintaining the cooling and permeability of high-speed grinding. It has been widely used in the grinding of ferrous metals such as gears and worms, as well as the cutting of copper and other metals.

Small details that prevent you from wasting money unnecessarily

1. Consult with lubrication experts, use lubricants of appropriate specifications, and minimize the types of oil used.

2. Before each refueling, clean and wipe containers and tools such as oil pumps and oil pots.

3. Before changing the oil, the machinery must be washed clean with solvent, and water-soluble cleaning agents must not be used.

4. If any abnormalities are found in the oil product or it has reached the oil change cycle, a sample should be taken and sent to a professional company for analysis and decision.

5. Replace the filter element at the same time as each oil change.
