The DEPA.R200-3 series is a rust proof punching and cutting fluid specially developed for punching, stamping, and rolling metal sheets. Its selected solvent evaporates naturally under the high-speed stamping die temperature, leaving only a thin protective film on the workpiece. This protective film does not need to be cleaned in most subsequent processes and can be directly used for casting aluminum, welding copper, and other processes.

The DEPA.R200-3 series is designed for the convenient use of punching, cutting, and rust prevention of silicon steel sheets and cold plates in the motor manufacturing industry. It is also widely used in other medium - and long-term rust prevention operations with relatively low requirements for oil film residue.

Take Care

1. Before each refueling, the oil pump, oil can and other containers and tools must be cleaned and wiped.
