KDD®MR1739 is an organic binder designed for the sintering process. Compared to traditional PVB sintering resin, KDD®MR1739 boasts a lower shrinkage rate and requires a significantly lower sintering temperature—specifically, KDD®MR1739 can completely decompose with no residue below 700°C, whereas PVB resin needs to reach 750°C for full decomposition. As a result, it delivers notable energy-saving, emission-reducing, economic, and social benefits.
