Coating Process

Sealing primer → Putty application → Primer spraying → Sanding → Topcoat solid color / Open topcoat spraying

Precautions

1. Before use, thoroughly stir the main paint. Solid color paints require prolonged stirring to prevent pigment sedimentation and avoid color variations or uneven coloring.

2. Must be used with our factory's dedicated PU hardener and corresponding thinner. Strictly follow the mixing ratio. Do not mix with other brands of additives or nitrocellulose thinners.

3. Mix paint as needed. Use the mixed paint within 4 hours. Exceeding this time will cause gelation and render the paint unusable. Do not add water or dilute excessively.

4. This product is flammable and hazardous. Ensure proper ventilation in the work area. Open flames and smoking are strictly prohibited. Wear respirators, goggles, and solvent-resistant gloves. Clean skin immediately if contaminated with a dedicated cleaning agent.

5. Avoid prolonged exposure to strong direct sunlight on white and light-colored finished products to reduce yellowing and aging. Do not apply black topcoat too thickly to prevent a dull, uneven finish.
